Our skilled team provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Attachment Therapy, Emotion-Focused and Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy (EFT & EFIT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and the Gottman Method for individuals, couples and families. 

    These approaches are designed to help with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression,OCD,  trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, and relationship dynamics.   • To schedule an appointment, simply click the "Book Now" button for quick and easy online booking located in the top right section on our website.

  • Healing Voices Psychotherapy does not offer direct or third party billing.  Our clients enter their credit card information into their profile on our platform (Jane.app) at the time the session is booked and payment is taken during the session. A receipt is emailed to you after your session, which you submit to your insurance company.


  • At Healing Voices Psychotherapy, our Registered Psychotherapists provide high-quality therapy services. Our rate is $170 per 50 minute clinical hour.


  • We offer a free 15-minute initial consultation to ensure you find the right fit for your therapy needs. This brief consultation allows you to discuss your concerns, ask any questions, and get a feel for our approach before committing to a full session. We understand that finding the right therapist is a crucial step in your mental health journey, and we're here to help make that process as smooth and comfortable as possible.

    ** If you are looking for therapy for a minor child, our free initial consultations are done with the parent(s) only to discuss the informed consent, business and clinical aspects of children’s therapy as we cannot contract for services with a minor child..

  • Our office hours are designed to accommodate your busy schedule. We are open:

    Monday - Thursday: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.

    Friday: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

    Saturday - Sunday: Closed


  • We are a 100% virtual practice offering online and phone therapy across Ontario to provide you with the most flexible and convenient access to our services. We do not have an in-person office. Online therapy is researched to be as effective as in-person therapy, and allows you access to high-quality, personalized support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

    Virtual sessions allow you to connect with our skilled therapists through secure, user-friendly platforms, making it easier to fit therapy into your daily life.

  • A typical therapy session is 50 minutes. This time allows us to thoroughly address your concerns, explore therapeutic techniques, and make meaningful progress in your treatment. If you have specific needs or preferences regarding session length, feel free to discuss them with your therapist. We also offer 80-minute sessions to accommodate couples and families. Our goal is to provide a supportive and effective experience tailored to your unique needs.

  • During your first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we’ll begin by getting to know each other. Your therapist will ask about your current concerns, background, and goals for therapy to understand your unique needs and challenges. This initial session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the therapy process, discuss your expectations, and explore how we can work together to achieve your mental health goals. We aim to create a comfortable space where you feel heard and understood, setting the foundation for a collaborative and effective therapeutic relationship.

  • Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another client.. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.

  • All of our therapists are licensed and accredited professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care. Each therapist is a Registered Psychotherapist who has completed extensive education and training, meeting the rigorous standards set by their regulatory body the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). . We carefully select our team to ensure they possess the expertise and skills essential for effective therapy. Our therapists have diverse specializations and additional training, allowing them to offer tailored and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. We are committed to delivering high-quality, ethical care and ensuring that each therapist aligns with our standards of excellence.   • We are deeply committed to ensuring your confidentiality and privacy. We use secure, encrypted platforms (Jane.app and Doxy) for all virtual sessions. Your therapy records are stored in the Jane.app’s  protected electronic health record system which is PHIPA compliant. We adhere to strict protocols to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to your information. Additionally, we provide clear information about how your data will be used and obtain your informed consent before any sharing of information occurs. Our therapists follow the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario’s  Ethical guidelines and Standards of Practice which prioritize your privacy and confidentiality. We understand the importance of trust in the therapeutic process and are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of privacy.
